By downloading, installing, or using Vaulted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
Vaulted is a social memory-sharing application that allows users to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Vaulted. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
Vaulted's app, design, features, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Important: Once a vault is locked, the unlock time is randomized and cannot be changed. Key points about vault mechanics:

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid for premium features in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Vaulted after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
